NovaSaber Refund & Warranty Policy

At NovaSaber, your satisfaction is our top priority. If you’re not completely happy with your lightsaber, we’re here to help. All NovaSaber lightsabers are built to last, and we also offer repair and upgrade services to ensure your saber stays in peak condition.
1. Return Policy
30-Day Return Window
You have 30 days from the delivery date to return your item for a refund. If you’re not satisfied with the quality of your lightsaber, contact us within this timeframe to request a return.
Extended Holiday Returns (2025 Only)
Orders placed between November 10, 2025 and January 10, 2026 qualify for a 60-day extended holiday return period. You’ll have 60 days from the shipping date to return your item.
Important: Please contact us before sending any returns. Unauthorized returns without prior approval will not be accepted. After approval, our support team will email a prepaid electronic return label (if applicable). Items must be shipped within 15 days of receiving the label; late shipments may not be accepted.
Non-Returnable Items:
Accessories (due to shipping costs exceeding product value)
Community & promotional items (e.g., free gifts, RGB S4 Lightsabers, Mystery Boxes)
Artisan/High-Craftsmanship products (e.g., Obi EP4 Crystal, Cal Crossguard, LSW EP7)
Deep discount promotion items (Buy 1 Get 1 Free / Buy 1 Get 2 Free)
Return Shipping Fees:
Defective or quality-related returns: NovaSaber covers return shipping and applicable customs duties, and will provide a prepaid label once approved.
Change-of-mind returns: Customers are responsible for return shipping and any customs duties; prepaid labels are not provided.
Refund Process:
Once your return is received, please allow 3–5 business days for inspection and processing. Refunds are issued to your original payment method. Depending on your bank or payment provider, it may take 1–3 business days to reflect. Most refunds are processed within 24 hours.
2. Warranty Policy
All lightsabers purchased directly from NovaSaber include a standard warranty for the original buyer only and require proof of purchase.
Two-Year Warranty (Special Orders)
Orders placed between April 25, 2025 and June 25, 2025 are covered by a two-year warranty.
Standard Coverage:
During the warranty period, NovaSaber will repair or replace parts found to have defects in materials or workmanship.
What Is Not Covered:
Normal wear and tear (blade scratches, battery degradation, or mishandling damage) is not covered. If your saber’s lifespan seems shorter than expected, contact us and we’ll review your case.
How to Request Warranty Service:

Your order number and full name
A clear description of the issue
Photos or a short video showing the problem
Our support team will respond within one business day. We may attempt remote troubleshooting before requesting a return to save time and shipping costs.
If a defect is confirmed, NovaSaber will repair or replace the product free of charge. Replacement parts under warranty are free; for repeat warranty claims or deliveries to remote regions, a partial shipping fee may apply.
3. Order Changes & Cancellations
Order Changes & Cancellations:
Contact us within 24 hours of placing an order for changes or cancellations. Lightsabers contain lithium batteries and undergo pre-shipment testing, so cancellations requested after 24 hours may incur a 15% handling fee.
Shipped Orders:
Once an order has shipped and is non-interceptable, it cannot be canceled.
Address Changes:
Changes after dispatch may incur a $15 correction fee. NovaSaber is not responsible for lost packages due to incorrect addresses if corrections were not requested within 24 hours of order confirmation.
Refund Timing:
Canceled order refunds are typically processed within 1–3 business days to your original payment method, often within 24 hours.
4. Damaged or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order upon delivery. If you receive damaged or incorrect items, contact us immediately at support@novasaber.com
. We will provide a prepaid return label and expedite a replacement.
Note: Damage to outer packaging caused by shipping is not eligible for a return or refund. You may file a claim with the shipping carrier, and NovaSaber will assist as needed.
5. Lost or Stolen Packages
If your package is lost in transit, file a claim with the carrier first. Once confirmed, NovaSaber will provide a partial refund of up to 30% of the order value as compensation.
