At NovaSaber, we believe every saber wielder deserves a weapon worthy of their journey. Whether you walk the path of the Jedi or the Sith, your lightsaber should feel powerful, reliable, and ready for battle.

If something isn’t right with your order, our support team is here to help restore balance.


1. Return Policy

30-Day Return Window

You have 30 days from the date your order is delivered to request a return.

If your lightsaber does not meet your expectations, contact our support team within this timeframe and we will guide you through the return process.

Important:
Before sending anything back, you must contact us first. Unauthorized returns cannot be accepted.

Once your return request is approved, we will provide instructions for returning your item. If applicable, a prepaid return label will be issued.

Returned items must be shipped within 15 days of receiving return approval.


Non-Returnable Items

Some items cannot be returned due to promotional pricing or production costs:

  • Accessories

  • Promotional or giveaway items

  • Mystery Box products

  • Orders purchased under Buy 1 Get 1 Free or Buy 1 Get 2 Free promotions

  • Deeply discounted clearance items

These items are offered at special pricing and are considered final sale.


Return Shipping Costs

Defective or Quality Issues

If your saber arrives damaged or has a confirmed manufacturing defect:

  • NovaSaber will cover return shipping

  • A prepaid return label will be provided

  • Any applicable customs duties will be handled by our team

Change of Mind Returns

If you decide to return the item for personal reasons:

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs

  • Customers are responsible for any customs duties

  • Prepaid labels are not provided for these cases


Refund Processing

Once your returned item arrives at our facility, our technicians will inspect it.

Please allow 3–5 business days for inspection and processing.

Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method.
Most refunds appear within 1–3 business days, depending on your payment provider.


2. Warranty Policy

Every lightsaber purchased directly from NovaSaber includes a standard warranty for the original owner.

Our sabers are designed for collectors, duelists, and fans alike. If a manufacturing defect appears during the warranty period, we will repair or replace the affected parts.


What the Warranty Does Not Cover

Like any weapon used in training or battle, lightsabers naturally show signs of wear.

The warranty does not cover:

  • Blade scratches from dueling

  • Battery performance decline over time

  • Cosmetic wear from normal use

  • Damage caused by misuse or improper handling

If your saber’s performance seems unusual, contact us and our team will investigate.


How to Request Warranty Service

To begin a warranty request, contact our support team and include:

  • Your order number

  • The name used for the order

  • A description of the issue

  • Photos or a short video showing the problem

Our team will usually respond within one business day.

In many cases, we can resolve issues through remote troubleshooting, saving time and avoiding unnecessary shipping.

If a manufacturing defect is confirmed, NovaSaber will repair or replace the product free of charge.


3. Order Changes & Cancellations

If you need to cancel or modify your order, contact us within 24 hours of placing it.

Each lightsaber undergoes testing and preparation before shipment. Requests made after 24 hours may incur a 15% handling fee if the order has already entered processing.

If the package has already shipped and cannot be intercepted, the order cannot be canceled.


Address Changes

If a shipping address must be corrected after dispatch, carriers may charge a $15 address correction fee.

NovaSaber cannot be responsible for packages lost due to incorrect shipping information provided by customers, unless correction was requested within 24 hours of order confirmation.


4. Damaged or Incorrect Orders

When your saber arrives, please inspect the package carefully.

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, contact us immediately at:

support@novasaber.com

Our team will arrange a replacement and provide a prepaid return label if necessary.

Note:
Damage to the outer shipping box caused by the carrier does not qualify for a refund. However, we will gladly assist you in filing a claim with the shipping provider.


5. Lost or Stolen Packages

If your shipment is lost in transit, please first file a claim with the shipping carrier.

Once the carrier confirms the package is lost, NovaSaber will review the case and provide appropriate compensation or replacement.
