1. Are Novasaber sabers designed for dueling and combat?
Absolutely — NovaSaber hilts are engineered for full-contact dueling and built to endure rigorous combat. Our blades are crafted from durable polycarbonate that's both shatterproof and slightly flexible, ensuring they can handle powerful strikes without snapping.That said, for those engaging in particularly intense duels, we recommend choosing the RGB core setup. While our Neopixel blades deliver stunning brightness and effects, their internal LED strips are more vulnerable to damage from heavy impacts. The RGB core offers the same solid performance with greater resilience under extreme dueling conditions.
2. What is a Soundfont?
A soundfont is a collection of .wav files and code that can be uploaded to lightsabers, allowing the sounds and blade animations to be customized. Soundfont is mode that affects how the saber effects such as motion, blaster deflect, etc sound. Every time the saber switches the soundfont it will play a quote from a movie.
3. What is the difference between soundfonts and sound effects?
Soundfonts modify sound effects by giving them a certain style. Sound effects are featured on all soundfonts and include ignition, motion sounds, blaster deflection, clash noises and more. They sound a little different depending on the soundfont selected.
4. Can two hilts be connected to make a double-bladed saber?
Yes, at least one of the sabers must have a threaded hilt connector, then the sabers can be connected to a double-bladed lightsaber. If this is not the case, you can buy a saber connector.
5. How do you change to silent mode?
Off you press the button for a blink and it has three steps high sound, low sound and mute.
How to connect the lightsaber to the app by Bluetooth?
- Make sure the lightsaber core is S-RGB or SNV4 Pro
- Search for “ForcePark V2” in the store and download it.
- Refer to the Help tutorial on the website for setup.
7. What if the lightsaber doesn't work?
Try reinstalling the battery. Adjust the spring in the battery case after removing the battery.
8. Can the charging port read SD cards?
Due to protocol limitations, the charging port cannot be used for SD card reading, for SD card reading you need to use a card reader.
For the Proffie core, you can reset the programming in the chip via the charge port.
9. Can I replace the SNV4 Pro with a Proffie core for?
Yes, since both the SNV4 Pro and Proffie are Neopixel cores, they both have pixel blades, so you can just replace the cores without having to buy other parts.

11. How does Proffie core turn off the lightsaber?
Due to protocol restrictions, the Proffie core lightsaber can only be in standby and cannot be turned off. However you can force it to be turned off by removing the battery.
13. How to pick a blade color?

Shipping
1. Do you ship to my country?
Yes, we ship worldwide. We offer free standard shipping on all lightsabers.
However, for unavoidable reasons (such as a Sith invasion), we may stop shipping to some areas, so if you see your country in your order, that means we can ship to you.
2. When will my order be ship and i receive my package?
It depends on where you are located. It usually takes 1-2 business days to process and ship your order. Delivery time is 5-10 days, but most customers receive their packages in 1 week.
Some international orders need to arrive at customs before they can be tracked.
3. How can i know my order status?
We offer tracking for every order. Once the product has been shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number.
You can use the tracking number to check the shipping status of your order via the tracking page.
4. Can i change my order address?
Once an order has been shipped, it is not possible to change the address, which means that you will need to contact us before your order is shipped.
However, we will attempt to communicate with our shipping partners, but any additional costs incurred may be your responsibility.
5. Can you deliver to a post office box?
No, our shipping partners are NOT able to deliver to P.O. Boxes. This includes APO, FPO and DPO. Shipments can only be delivered directly to the recipient's delivery address and a signature for receipt is required.
6. Where do you ship from?
Ships from warehouses in the USA, UK and Hong Kong. However, in order to protect the electronics, lightsaber orders are packaged after they are placed, so most orders are shipped from our Hong Kong warehouse.
7. Will extra accessories purchased be individually packaged?
Since lightsaber orders are packaged after they are placed, extra accessories are usually put in the lightsaber box. If the order only has accessories, it will have its own box.
8. What does “fulfilled” mean?
When checking your order status online, "fulfilled" indicates that the shipping label has been created and the package is awaiting carrier pickup. This status does not signify final delivery completion.
